General improvement versus customization policy
Each additional requirement, regardless of its nature (functionality modification, layout, etc.) is carefully analyzed by dcs team of consultants together with the client. This process classifies the development into 3 major categories:
- general product improvement
- partial product improvement
- custom development for the client
Depending on the category the development fits into, it can be scheduled for general product development plan and be delivered free of charge for all product clients, or it can be specially developed for the client requesting it as additional plug-in.
