Operational Audit

The operational audit is a service provided by DCs to its clients. It consists of an analysis of the way the software applications available are used. An important component of this analysis is represented by the comparison between the travel agency internal procedures and the way they are applied inside the software applications used. On top of that, we add the exact wish of the travel agency management regarding their specific needs.
The operational audit takes place following the next steps:

• Our team of consultants will spent time inside the travel agency in order to map out all the processes and to analyze the way that the internal procedures are applied
• The management as well as all the other employees of the travel agency will be involved in this interactive process
• Our team will provide the travel agency with an initial audit report which will include the conclusions together with the action plan and the necessary tools in order to check the implementation of the action plan
• Follow-up: our team will follow-up together with the travel agency (after the agreed period) in order to check if the action plan was implemented and what are the results.
