Beside the basic application package, a list of optional features that can enrich the TINA experience are also available. The most important are:

• Corporate extranet
  Developed as an external website that is able to securely communicate with TINA via web services, the corporate extranet provides a secured online door for the corporate client inside the travel agency ERP. In this respect, the corporate client is able to input orders, view their status, get real time information about invoices, payments and also reports (that are made available by the travel agency.
   
• 3rd party xml import
  The 3rd party xml import interface allows the import inside TINA of virtually any type of reservations made inside a third party application. In this respect, the only things needed are:
  o Transformation of the format in which the information is received into the format recognized by TINA
  o Some configuration inside TINA in order to correctly match the information received from a 3rd party system with the information structure inside TINA
  By 3rd party systems we understand any system that is used in order to make a reservation, a booking or to register a request (examples: external website, hotel consolidator systems, online distribution tools, etc.)
   
• Supplier prices management
  Allows the user to easily manage the price lists he receives from his suppliers as part of a contract. It is usually used by the incoming department of the travel agency as long as there is a direct contract between the travel agency and the service providers (internal hotels for example)
   
• Credit limit management
  This optional feature of TINA allows the user to setup some credit limits for its clients (manual or automatically). In addition, the feature presents the real time situation of overdue invoices as well as the real time situation of the credit limit. Should the credit limit be reached, the application automatically blocks the client and does not allow any more sales to be performed.
  Complete with an internal alerts system, this optional feature may prove itself a necessary tool in order for the travel agency to be able to keep track of expenses and to avoid some major events like very large overdue amounts.
