TINA

TINA as an ERP solution includes several modules. The role of the modules is to assist the travel agent during his day to day operations. The project management team together with the technical team are putting in a lot of effort in order for this aspect to be transparent to the end user. What we mean by that is that most of the times you will not find inside TINA a specific module (as a section) but most often the modules are embedded inside the application. A very good example in this respect is represented by the CRM functions which are available all over the application. Everywhere inside TINA an interaction (direct or indirect) between the travel agency and the client take place. In each situation, TINA is either gathering or outputting CRM specific information in a transparent way for the user of the application.
The “invisible” modules that make the TINA package are:
 

  • CRM – full management of the interactions between the travel agency and the client, starting with the client profile and ending with the reporting features but not forgetting client debit and credit information, deposit information, etc.
  • Sales Force Automation – allows the sales team to fully monitor and evaluate their activity
  • Task Management – you may find inside TINA two levels of tasks management. Every action the travel agent takes inside the application may be managed as a task (status, deadlines, etc.). In addition, the application allows the user has the possibility to define specific tasks and monitor them by using the dedicated module
  • Travel agent activity analysis: the application allows, based on the stored data, the manager or supervisor to analyze and evaluate the travel agent key performance indicators
  • Export functions – TINA allows the user to configure the way that date can be exported in xml format to third party applications. A very good example in this respect is the export inside the accounting application. Beside the usual financial data that is available inside TINA, the user has the possibility to add additional information to the export. In the case of the export inside the accounting application, the user may define for example also the general charter of accounts so that the information is almost fully processed at the time of the export.
