TINA Lite retains all the necessary TINA features in order to cover the travel agency needs in respect with:
- Basic clients management (corporate clients, passengers of corporate clients, subagents and individual clients);
- Basic suppliers management (list of suppliers);
- The management of the client requests (starting with the order form, continuing with the processing of the order and finishing with the generation of financial and operational documents and the generation of various reports);
- The possibility to constantly improve and update the application;
- The possibility to enhance the existing features by installing different plug-ins;
- Keeping the same level of support as for TINA clients;
TINA Lite includes the following modules:
- Home (Statistics, TINA links, Personal links, Operational Details);
- Clients management (corporate clients, subagents together with offices management and individual clients management; duplicate clients and passengers management);
- Supplier management;
- Reservations;
- Client invoices;
- Amadeus (AIR operations, BSP Balance);
- Documents management (document series management);
- Admin module;
- Reports (generation of a predefined set of reports);
The modules structure is similar to TINA but some advances features available inside TINA are not available inside the basic version of TINA Lite. Those functions are available as additional options that can be purchased separately. Please checkout the optional features section for more details.
