Deployment
The deployment of TINA on the travel agency server is a very simple procedure (wizard like) that shouldn’t take more than 10 to 15 minutes to perform. In this respect, dependent on the travel agency internal procedures and policies, the action may be performed by the system or server administrator or by our technical team. Given the web based nature of the product the deployment can be done remotely (thus reducing the deployment costs to a minimum).
The deployment is always backed-up by a training program which may be included inside the product license fee.

Maintenance
Maintaining the product mainly consists of:

  • Regular maintenance of the application
    Most of the tasks like checking and optimization of the database, deletion of unnecessary files, full back-up, processor workload balancing, etc. can automatically be performed by the application itself without any intervention by the system administrator. Again, costs are reduced to a minimum. 
  •  Regular updates
    As part of the general evolution plan of the application, regular updates are being release at least on a monthly basis. Usually these releases include new features or improvements of the existing features as well as client specific requirements. 
     
  •  Support from both the call center as well as our technical team
    The travel agency employs can always call or send email to our support team. Also, the support team can assist the system administrator in performing different configurations inside TINA. In addition, the technical support team is always ready to provide assistance from the pure technical point of view.
     

Having all of the above in mind, you should always remember that our team is putting a lot of effort in providing your travel agency with the best product possible by constantly making available new releases. Also a very import item to remember is the fact that with TINA you will never be alone. Either our call center or our local partners are always happy and ready to provide you with first level of support.
